Enterprise projects need more rigor and control than less complex projects.  Enterprise project management requires more robust processes and tools.  Pendére consultants are not only tool experts - any good technology vendor should be able to implement a tool.  The hardest part of implementing an enterprise project management system is understanding the client business processes, interfaces to other systems (e.g., employee data, financial systems, contracts, time tracking, and reporting), client readiness, and client business needs.  Pendére’s holistic view of implementing enterprise project management solutions includes understanding client objectives, documenting “as is” and “to be” processes, understanding the skills of the individuals who will be using the tools, defining phases for the implementation, tailoring training on not only how the tool works but how it supports the business needs and processes, and lastly, the tool configuration and deployment.
