Litigation Support/Expert Witness There are those unfortunate times when projects fail and legal actions are pursued. Pendére will work with the client to review the contract to establish a legal baseline and understand the delivery commitments made. After understanding the legal implications, a detailed project assessment, developed by Pendére, will be conducted to review a number of key aspects of the project, including project artifacts, methodologies, communications and other areas.
