Project Recovery There are times when the large, mission-critical, “bet-the-company” projects start to run into problems. Pendére consultants have extensive experience in quickly troubleshooting “projects in the ditch” and recommending a plan of action for recovery. We have a methodology for quickly assessing the project health and determining root causes of the problems and how to correct them. As a part of the project assessment, Pendére will provide the client a presentation outlining the problem areas, root causes, and probable impacts (near term and future) along with an action plan for resolution of each problem area. Pendére can provide specialized consultants as needed as well as oversight to stabilize the project.
